Achievement Of Our Team In 2024 RR International Moot Court Competion ,Global Economic And Financial Security Law
We are delighted to share that our students team had the privilege of representing Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute in the prestigious RR International moot court , conducted by Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU). The theme of the competition revolved around Economic Crime, State-Sponsored Terrorism, and Global Security, offering a platform to address critical global issues.
Our students team participated in four rigorous rounds of the competition:
1.Prelims Round 1: Against Campus Law Centre, Delhi.
2.Prelims Round 2: Against Symbiosis Hyderabad.
3.Quarter-finals: Against Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), and secured a spot in the semi-finals.
4.Semi-finals: Against Nagpur National Law University (NLU).
Our Students proudly reached the semi-finalist stage, Placing in the top 4 teams of the league. Although they couldn’t advance to the finals, this achievement marks a historic milestone as it is the first time our college has secured a semi-finalist position in an international league court competition.
Our efforts were recognized with certificates and a trophy, felicitated by the Honorable Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court. It was an immense learning experience for all of us, and we are deeply honored to have represented our esteemed institution on this international platform.
Our students had expressed their gratitude to the college for its unwavering support and look forward to further achievements in the future.
