Interdisciplinary lecture on Medical Jurisprudence at Phase II Campus.

The faculty of Law is delighted to have organized an Interdisciplinary lecture on Medical Jurisprudence at Phase II Campus. The lecture was delivered by Dr.Ravi Hosaholalu, an eminent person and expert in the field of Forensic science and Toxicology.He delivered an insightful lecture on Medical negligence and it’s legal aspects and also highlighted the importance of Medical Jurisprudence in various aspects. The session highlighted the empowerment of healthcare professionals to understand the legal consequences of their actions while maintaining the ethical standards of patient care. He also highlighted the importance of four pillars , Bolam test and types of medical negligence.
