The Faculty of Law is delighted to have organised a Guest Lecture titled “Corporate Social Responsibility” on 4th May 2026 at the Smart Class Room, Phase II Adayalampattu Campus. The programme was conducted from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The session was delivered by Mrs. Asentha mani, Assistant Professor, Chennai Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College.
The guest lecture highlighted the importance of businesses contributing to society beyond profit-making. The speaker emphasized that CSR is not just an obligation but a reflection of a company’s values and ethical responsibility toward the community and environment. The speaker encouraged individuals and organizations alike to contribute consistently to societal well-being, noting that even small efforts can lead to a significant positive impact over time.

The event was organised by Mrs. R. Shalini and convened by Mrs. R Jeevitha and Mrs S. Harinishree.

The programme was conducted under the guidance of Director Prof. Dr. N. Murugavel , Dean Prof. Dr. N. Rajeshwari.
